Who are we?

SC NEW-CAR TRADING SRL belongs to the ARKUM group of companies, having interests in the field of investments, tourism, automotive market and media.
The company was founded in 2007 and operates in the field of car sales and repairs. We are an authorized Toyota representative and service center in Mures and Harghita counties.

In 2011, the In Car Entertainment division was established. We are the exclusive importers of DENSION products in Romania.
We market a wide range of USB, iPod-iPhone and Bluetooth adapters that integrate these portable media into the original audio system in cars.

How do I buy?

Buy online quickly and safely. All you have to do is follow a few simple steps. 

Search for the desired product 
You can search for a product directly in the special search field, or by navigating the product categories directly from the menu displayed at the top of the site. 
Add the desired products to the shopping cart by selecting the “Add to cart / Cart.” button 
You can add multiple products to the cart, from different categories. 

Check your order 
After adding each product, you are automatically directed to the shopping cart, where you can review the list of selected products, update the quantity or give up one or all selected products. 

Billing details 
After adding the desired products to the cart, you must select the billing details, payment methods (Cash on Delivery, Online Card, Bank Transfer). 
Don’t forget to read the terms and conditions and check the box “By sending the order I accept the terms and conditions before sending the order. 
The final step to send the order is the “Send order” button. Shortly after pressing this button you will receive an email confirming the order registration. 

Payment method 
If you have chosen the payment method “Online by bank card” it is necessary to complete a form with information about your card on the secure page of the payment processor. 
 – Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the “3-D Secure” system developed by organizations that ensure online transactions have the same level of security as those made at ATMs or in the physical environment, at the merchant. 
 – “3-D Secure” primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store’s servers or on the payment processor’s servers, this data being directly entered into Visa and MasterCard systems.

How do I pay?

The payment methods accepted by us are:

1. Payment by bank transfer. Payment by Payment Order is made in lei, in full based on the invoice or proforma invoice issued by us. Delivery of ordered products is made after payment confirmation. Payments can be made to the bank accounts listed below: RO44OTPV261000165884RO05 opened at OTP Odorheiu Secuiesc.

2. Cash payment: Cash payment is made in lei, in full at the time of picking up the ordered products, to the courier or at our headquarters. 

3. Bank card payment: Online payment using the bank card is made in complete safety, on the site by completing the data required by the system. No commission is charged for this operation. SC EURO-CAR TRADING SRL does not request and does not store data regarding your card. 

4. Online with bank card through NETOPIA Payments (Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard/Maestro).

Delivery conditions

Delivery of products ordered and confirmed by the Buyer will be delivered to the address specified in the Order by the Buyer, through partner courier services.
The ordered Product/Products enter the delivery process after completing the order confirmation.
Orders for delivery of ordered products will be accepted throughout the administrative territory of Romania.
The Seller will confirm receipt of the order electronically and then contact the Buyer by phone, in order to confirm the received order and obtain the express agreement of the purchase intention.
Confirmation of the order placed by the Buyer will be followed by communication of the estimated time required for delivery, any change to this required time being communicated to the Buyer.
The maximum delivery term assumed by the Seller and its partners is 10 days. The Seller does not assume the risks related to the ordered product from the moment of handing it over to the courier service, or in case of delivery to one of its own headquarters to the Buyer or its representative.
Products will be shipped in the manufacturer’s intact packaging, which will be protected by appropriate packaging for safe delivery.
The Seller will take all precautionary measures to protect the product delivered for delivery through packaging, but cannot assume responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect handling of the package during delivery.
Products will be picked up by the Buyer from the courier service representative, or from the sales representative.
Delivery of ordered products is done with FAN COURIER or Sameday.
Orders are processed and shipped within maximum 48 hours if the ordered products are in stock.
Transit time depends on the courier company but usually does not exceed 48 hours.
